Quatre cents rectangles sont dispos\u00e9s de part et d’autre d’une ligne d’horizon. Malgr\u00e9 le c\u00f4t\u00e9 s\u00e9duisant de l’enchev\u00eatrement de ces formes, le sujet est bien l’espace et la fa\u00e7on dont l’humain le per\u00e7oit. Chaque dessin comporte un cadre qui est compos\u00e9 d\u2019une partie haute ou la feuille est brute et une partie basse peinte en noir. Sur les cinq variations que composent la s\u00e9rie, on peut distinguer que l\u2019horizon est plus ou moins haut ou bas. Cela tient \u00e0 la nature g\u00e9n\u00e9rative de cette composition puisque les deux points de fuites ont des positions al\u00e9atoires, donc, diff\u00e9rentes d\u2019un dessin \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Les rectangles sont \u00e9galement plac\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire et leurs principales fonctions et de pointer les points de fuite situ\u00e9s hors-champs de part et d\u2019autre du cadre (\u00e0 droite et \u00e0 gauche). Il y a une sorte d\u2019interd\u00e9pendance entre les points visibles \u2212 les sommets des rectangles \u2212 et les points invisibles o\u00f9 convergent les fuyantes, chacun n\u2019existe que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
