R-CAS Festival

Since 2012, the R-CAS Festival (Rencontre>Créateurs|Actuels|Singuliers) brings together in Perpignan and its surroundings, about thirty visual artists and visitors around contemporary and alternative creation in a dynamic and independent, qualitative but resolutely plural impulse. In the era of the standardization of a part of the culture, R-CAS shakes up the local artistic landscape, with a program open to the emergence and which simply honors the originality, the reflection and the plastic expression in the broad sense… as much those of the renowned and experienced artists, as those of unclassifiable “cases”.
